  Due to the nature of our business and the costs incurred in organizing the olympiad exams, we do not offer refunds once the payment is made.

  In very special cases, if any kind of issue arises on the company's behalf, such as technical issues or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will initiate a refund according to the following policy:
